Michele Marsh

Michele’s current legal focus includes a wide variety of civil cases. She also has a passion for non profit work.

Michele-for-web-250-x-313Michele is a litigator with twenty years of experience. She graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994 and began her legal career in Southern California. She practiced in the field of insurance defense litigation, primarily involving medical malpractice claims, until she relocated to Wisconsin in 2002. She continued practice in the field of litigation, defending personal injury claims, worker’s compensation claims, and pursuing subrogation claims working as a staff attorney for a large insurance company. Michele has also handled plaintiff’s personal injury claims as an attorney with a litigation firm. Her practice currently includes a wide variety of civil cases.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys being involved in her community. She was previously employed in the non-profit sector and currently serves as a member of the Executive Council for Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee. She has previously volunteered with and served on the Board of Directors for the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. She has previously served on the fund development committee for The Women’s Center in Waukesha. She is a graduate of the Waukesha County Business Alliance’s Leadership Waukesha Program, and served on the steering committee for that program.

Michele is actively involved in the Association for Women Lawyers, serving on the leadership team and on the community outreach committee. She is also an active member of Professional Dimensions.
